Derek was a great host and made the entire stay smooth from start to finish. His home in Alpharetta was exactly what we needed while completing our project in Fulton County—comfortable, clean, and fully functional. It truly felt like a home away from home after long workdays. Communication was solid, and everything was as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a reliable place in the area.

Excellent place to stay. I previously lived in Roswell and selected this place because of the location. If you want local accessibility as well as privacy and comfort at a very affordable rate, this is the spot!

This house was perfect for our groomsmen. It was a great location for our wedding venue, and had plenty of comfortable beds. Derek was a great host and I would recommend this stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood with amazing dining options in walkable distance!
The host was on top of it! Sent clear and easy instructions on everything you need for a relaxing stay. Also had great recommendations for local entertainment and food.
Will try to book again if back in the area.

Derek is a fantastic host. This place is a classic in Roswell. He was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was perfect. We appreciated the extra touches like leaving a few snacks, coffee, etc. I highly recommend this Air BnB.

This was my second stay at this beautiful property. The location is private and peaceful, and usually very quiet. There is a full kitchen so it is a great location for an extended stay. I’ll be returning again very soon.

Derek’s place is in a great location, walkable to all the cool spots in Roswell. Very quiet, kid friendly and clean, spacious! Derek was also very accommodating for us and very responsive to our messages!

The Airbnb was clean and cozy just as advertised! The host was able to accommodate all of our requests and inquiries. Great place to stay near downtown Roswell! Can’t recommend enough!!

Derek’s place is an older home but clean, uncluttered and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location, near restaurants and shops along busy Canton Street, and definitely walkable. The bed we used was comfortable and there were plenty of others for a large group. Derek stayed in touch with us throughout our stay.
