Derek is a fantastic host. This place is a classic in Roswell. He was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was perfect. We appreciated the extra touches like leaving a few snacks, coffee, etc. I highly recommend this Air BnB.

This was my second stay at this beautiful property. The location is private and peaceful, and usually very quiet. There is a full kitchen so it is a great location for an extended stay. I’ll be returning again very soon.

Derek’s place is in a great location, walkable to all the cool spots in Roswell. Very quiet, kid friendly and clean, spacious! Derek was also very accommodating for us and very responsive to our messages!

The Airbnb was clean and cozy just as advertised! The host was able to accommodate all of our requests and inquiries. Great place to stay near downtown Roswell! Can’t recommend enough!!

Derek’s place is an older home but clean, uncluttered and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location, near restaurants and shops along busy Canton Street, and definitely walkable. The bed we used was comfortable and there were plenty of others for a large group. Derek stayed in touch with us throughout our stay.

From start to finish everything was handled professionally. Derek was friendly and helpful. Our stay was for a business trip so it was a relief to return after a long day and have a comfortable and clean home to retreat to rather than a hotel room.

Right next to the Roswell Mill, the quiet spot makes it easy to get to Roswell, Marietta, or to the highway within 10 minutes. Plenty of surface areas if you like to spread everything out when you unpack. Totally underused an incredibly nice gas stove and kitchen area.

Derek’s space can accommodate your WHOLE family. Sleeps twelve easily with room for porta crib if needed. Easy to get around from this location, we made it to midtown in 30 minutes. We had everything we needed for our event with our relatives coming together from out of state. Thanks Derek!

the place accommodated all 9 of us and we had fun staying here. It is a really nice town with plenty full to explore. Derek kept the house clean for us and accommodated us in every way possible

This was a wonderful place to stay in near downtown Roswell. Walkable to Canton St and all of the restaurants. Market at City Hall on Saturday was a bonus too! Would absolutely stay here again.
