Right next to the Roswell Mill, the quiet spot makes it easy to get to Roswell, Marietta, or to the highway within 10 minutes. Plenty of surface areas if you like to spread everything out when you unpack. Totally underused an incredibly nice gas stove and kitchen area.

Derek’s space can accommodate your WHOLE family. Sleeps twelve easily with room for porta crib if needed. Easy to get around from this location, we made it to midtown in 30 minutes. We had everything we needed for our event with our relatives coming together from out of state. Thanks Derek!

the place accommodated all 9 of us and we had fun staying here. It is a really nice town with plenty full to explore. Derek kept the house clean for us and accommodated us in every way possible

This was a wonderful place to stay in near downtown Roswell. Walkable to Canton St and all of the restaurants. Market at City Hall on Saturday was a bonus too! Would absolutely stay here again.

Derek’s place in beautiful Roswell was in a very convenient location for all our family activities. It was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of onsite parking and a safe peaceful neighborhood. Derek was immediately responsive to any questions we might have. Would stay there again.

Our family + pups enjoyed Derek's Airbnb for our Thanksgiving trip. The house was spotless, the yard was great for the dogs, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we really enjoyed our stay!

I wasn't there as I booked this for my daughter, son in law, their two girls and small dog. They loved the place, near to lots of things, great back yard for the dog, lots of room. They want to go back again. Would love to join them next time. They in in Florida and I am in New York.

We had an excellent stay here. The house was comfortable. The arrangement was functional and workable. Was pleasantly surprised by the adjustable desks in two of the rooms. Our checkout experience was one of the easier we've ever done. The hose was very responsive and communicative. The location was close to town and the town is close to everything: Lake Lanier, Atlanta, Alpharetta. We travel to this area frequently and will definitely book a stay at this location again.

Although obviously an older space, it was clean accessible and perfect for our needs. We appreciate Derek’s flexibility when we had to extend a couple days. They were very responsive and if we ever have visitors where we need a place for them to stay we will definitely

Derek was a great and very responsive host! He gave us a ton of restaurant recommendations and was very prompt with any questions we had. The Airbnb was located near hiking trails and lots of restaurants. Also the bed in the first bedroom is ridiculously comfortable!
