Rental is for one of 4 units within a 2021 renovated quadplex building. Your unit is upstairs on the 2nd floor which is accessible using an interior staircase. The unit is 100% for you and is private from each unit. Your unit has its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Each of the 4 units is accessible via a main entrance door to the building and then once inside, 4 units are independently accessible via their own door. The only common passage space between the 4 units is the entrance to the building and the upstairs laundry room. In the laundry room we have two sets of W/D, one for each of the upstairs apartments.
