This place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was friendly super responsive! Check-in and check-out were super easy! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed here for a week while we dropped off our son to Georgia tech — we worked from home and the 2 workspaces gave us enough space to get our work done — the place was calm and walkable to great coffee shops — would definitely stay here again next time we visit Georgia tech

I have resided in this unit for almost four months. It is comfortable, safe and everything I could have hoped for. It is in a lovely, private location that is convenient to everything you could ever need. Derek has been a wonderful host, even contacting me to let me know that the weather was going to be very hot and to "stay safe and hydrated". He is responds, immediately, to any question or request. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Myself and 2 others from UK spent 7 nights in Derek’s charming Historic Home.
We were on a golfing visit to Cherokee GC.
Location of the house to the GC was paramount in the decision making
His home was clean and comfortable and most acceptable accommodation for the three of us.
Derek asked for feedback on three things that would enhance one’s experience in his home.
It was a most memorable and pleasant stay in Derek’s home. He was always available if needed Gordon Jonathan and Jay

We enjoyed our stay at Derek's place. The place was exactly as the pictures conveyed. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. As described, the house is on a busy street, but the noise wasn't unbearable to us (we are used to it being we're from NYC). And after hours there is barely any passing cars. We did not use the backyard but it seemed cozy and had ample seating with paces to hang out. The location is convenient to Roswell and surrounding neighborhoods.

Stayed at Derek’s place for a baseball tournament and it was great! Location is near all kinds of good, easy drive if you want to see a Braves game, and sits back off the main road. Good shareable laundry facilities as well. Would recommend.

Great place. The home was just as described. plenty of room and location was beautiful. Great neighborhood and a great place to take a walk. We had to leave early but Derek was very understanding. Great experience.

We had a great stay! The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The location is also fantastic - it's so close to downtown Roswell, and the neighborhood feels very safe.

We enjoyed our stay, and Derek was a communicative host. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels and needed supplies. This four bedroom home is a good value with a convenient location in Roswell.
